So i’ve been surfing the net looking for what I could add to my ACAI diet for this upcoming tournament. I came across this website that was selling a list of Fat burning foods and decided I’d buy it then share with all of you here for free Shhhhh don’t tell anybody.
It’s a list of 101 foods that will not make you gain weight, in fact some of the foods listed will even make your body burn fat while you sleep. Grapefruit and Tuna appears to be a great combination for an aggressive weight loss in a short period of time.
